Product Designer Job Opportunity

Are you a creative Product Designer passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences and intuitive designs? Reporting to our Design Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting pioneering interfaces that make managing our products easy and enjoyable. What You’ll Do

As a Product Designer at Loopia Group / team.blue, you’ll:

• Design Customer Interfaces: Craft clean and functional UX/UI designs for our web interfaces, ensuring customers can intuitively navigate and manage our wide range of products.
• Drive Innovation: Develop and refine features based on customer behaviours and feedback, always aiming for innovative simplicity and ease of use.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product and Tech colleagues to turn concepts into well-defined specifications and stunning visuals.
• Prototype & Iterate: Build experiences, prototypes, and demos - evaluate and refine together with the product team.
• Support Usability Testing: Participate in testing and validating hypotheses for new products and features.
• Contribute to our world of designs: Maintain and enhance our design system as well as build on our design language. Help ensuring consistency across all touch points.
• Enhance Conversion & CX: Play a key role in optimising our purchasing process, designing pathways and streamline our product range to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is both creative and strategic, with the following qualifications:

• User-Centric Problem Solver: You approach challenges with a customer-first mindset, eager to dive deep and uncover root causes to find effective solutions.
• Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI and product design.
• Technical Skills: You’re highly proficient in Figma (design system development, component management etc.). Experience in testing tools like Maze, and analytics platforms like Hotjar, Google Analytics and Hubspot, is a big plus.
• Tech-Savvy Background: You understand software development and web technologies, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with developers.
• Detail-Oriented and Strategic: You see the big picture but know that every pixel counts. Your designs are robust, practical, and easy to implement and iterate on.
• Team Player with Strong Communication: You’re confident in sharing and defending your ideas, while remaining open to feedback and collaborative input.
• English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English skills for daily communication and collaboration.
